REGULAR MAINTENANCE OF YOUR BIKE WILL KEEP IT RUNNING SMOOTHLY, PROLONG ITS LIFE AND MAINTAIN YOUR SAFETY.

Shorter Rochford Cycles has a fully equipped workshop to carry out all sorts of repairs and customer build requests.
The type of bike you ride and its usage will dictate the frequency of servicing, but it’s important to remember that regular maintenance is preferable to emergency repairs for you and your bike. Prevention is better than cure.

Our mechanics are all keen cyclists and receive regular training to ensure that their knowledge and skills are second to none.

First Service is Free

Every bike sold at Shorter Rochford Cycles is welcome to a free of charge service after approximately six weeks. During the first few weeks of riding, the brake and gear cables will stretch slightly as they bed in, and will sometimes need adjusting to help them run smoothly for the rest of the year.

Same Day Service

Most of our maintenance work is carried out and completed on a same day basis, but we will always contact you if the work is going to take longer.

Booking System

Shorter Rochford Cycles operate a booking system to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the workshop. We’ll always endeavor to help when we can, but we ask you book into the workshop in advance. Please contact us by phone and we’ll be happy to assist.
