Tricross Sport Disc is the perfect do-it-all bike for anything from trails to commuting to touring, with rack/mudguard mounts and secondary brake levers. 9-speed Shimano components, disc brakes, and a carbon fork give a wider range of gears, better all-condition braking, smoother ride, and quicker handling.

Whether commuting to work, exploring local singletrack treasures, or touring the coast with fully laden panniers, Tricross riders want the freedom to roam wherever they please—it’s their tool to explore pavement, gravel, dirt, you name it. Because of the ever-changing terrain they prefer, it’s important to have a lightweight, yet durable bike that gives them the flexibility to do it all.
WHAT:
Double butted A1 Premium Aluminium Tricross frame featuring Freeroad geometry, smooth welds, full fender and rack compatibility, internal cable routing, and generous tyre clearance.
WHY:
To create the best fitting, most versatile, and smoothest-riding bike for commuting, light touring, etc.
HOW:
Our engineers manipulate the frame’s tube shapes and diameters to maximize compliance and minimize weight for greater comfort and handling. Plus, the underside of the top tube is specifically shaped with a smooth, flat contour for ergonomic shouldering for stairs or hike-a-bike sections. The braze-on front derailleur mount shaves weight while increasing durability.
WHAT:
Two models with mechanical disc brakes and fully housed cables.
WHY:
Assures powerful and reliable braking and modulation in even the worst conditions, with minimal maintenance.
HOW:
Mechanical disc brake callipers are mounted to the seatstays and new alloy fork. Discs, callipers, and pads are easily serviceable and changeable. Fully housed cables run from lever to calliper, keeping grit, mud, and water out of housing for smooth operation and increased longevity.
WHAT:
Fully-housed brake and shifter cables channelled internally rather than outside the frame.
WHY:
Decreases maintenance, increases durability, and improves brake and shifter functions in harsh conditions.
HOW:
Cables are housed from lever to component, and routed through the top and down tubes via cable housing guides brazed into the frame. This protects the cables from exposure to corrosive elements; plus changing cables is easier without having to cut housings or fit cables into the different openings.
