Every bike we supply is set up in our workshop so that it is safe to ride away from the shop, and complies with the relevant British Standard. This set up takes around 45 minutes for an adult bicycle, unless there are accessories to fit, when it may take longer.

Because bicycles are mechanical objects, they will "settle down" in the early days of use, so we ask that every bike comes back after a short period of use (usually 4 to 5 weeks) and we do the same series of checks on the bike again. These two sets of checks are included in our price.

We have over 100 bikes on show in our showroon at any one time.
We can, by prior arrangement, make any bike ready for you to test ride. Although this can occasionally mean a short wait (especially when the workshop is very busy), it's often the best way to confirm your choice of bike
